Returns policy for our customers

Returns are only accepted upon receipt of a confirmed return order by Ehrenborg & Co AB. Upon receipt of a confirmed return order, Ehrenborg & CO AB contacts the customer to organise collection and transport. Only unbroken packages or full rolls are accepted as returns. Surplus volumes, trimmed or adapted articles will not be credited. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the material is packed in a way that is suitable for transport and that no damage can be caused to the product. Ehrenborg & CO AB inspects all material returned before a credit is granted. When a return is approved, 80% of the material returned is credited. The cost of transport is extra and is invoiced to the customer.

Returns without a confirmed return order will not be credited.
